Now in its fifth year, the U.S. News Best Senior Living Ratings evaluate senior living communities nationwide using in-depth surveys of residents and family members. The 2026 ratings assessed more than 3,000 communities, with only those receiving the highest satisfaction scores earning Best Senior Living or High Performing designations.
