Couples and second-person service fee is $1,250.

Assisted living level-of-care fees range from $600 to $3,245.

BridgeHaven Memory Care Standard Monthly Rates

Shared Suite with Shared Bath $5,735
Private Studio $6,650
Private Studio Deluxe $7,250

Memory care level-of-care fees range from $1,095 to $1,975.

Assessment Fee

There is a one-time Assessment Fee of $3,500. Rates are subject to change. Other fees may apply.
