Team Member Spotlight: Housne Mubarak Stanikzai

Today we welcome Housne Mubarak Stanikzai, Elder Care Alliance IT Productivity Lead.

Us: Hi, Housne! Tell us a little about your background and role at Elder Care Alliance.

Housne: As someone who has been working in the IT field for many years, my role at Elder Care Alliance is to ensure that their IT systems are fast, reliable, and productive. This involves implementing and maintaining various software applications and hardware components and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

I work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that our IT infrastructure is optimized for performance and able to meet the needs of the organization. With my experience and expertise in the field, I am committed to helping Elder Care Alliance stay at the forefront of technology and provide the best possible service to our clients.

Us: How does your work benefit residents at Elder Care Alliance communities?

Housne: As the IT productivity lead at Elder Care Alliance, my work directly benefits the organization and the communities it serves. By ensuring that our IT systems are fast, reliable, and productive, we are able to provide the best possible care to our clients and residents. This includes everything from ensuring that our systems are working properly to maintaining secure and reliable communication systems for our staff.

In addition, my work helps to streamline operations and reduce costs, allowing us to focus our resources on delivering high-quality care to those who need it most. By leveraging technology and optimizing our IT infrastructure, we are able to make a positive impact on the lives of the people we serve, and I am proud to be a part of that effort.

Us: Tell us more about a specific feature of your job or duties and what residents can expect to gain from it.

Housne: As someone responsible for ensuring that everything within the IT and technology systems at our organization is working properly, my job directly impacts the quality of care we provide to our residents. By ensuring that our IT systems are functioning smoothly, we can minimize disruptions and ensure that our staff has access to the tools and resources they need to provide the best possible care.

Whether it’s maintaining our electronic medical records systems or troubleshooting issues with our communication systems, my goal is to make sure that everything is running smoothly and efficiently. Ultimately, this helps improve the quality of life for our residents, who can rest assured that they are receiving the best possible care in an environment supported by the latest technology.

Us: What is one of your favorite memories or experiences working at Elder Care Alliance?

Housne: Going to communities, meeting nice people, and working with them.

Us: What is the greatest reward that your role at Elder Care Alliance brings?

Housne: As the IT Productivity Lead at Elder Care Alliance, the greatest reward of my role is knowing that my work directly impacts the quality of care that our residents receive. Seeing the positive impact of my work on the daily lives of our residents is incredibly rewarding and motivates me to continue striving for excellence in everything that I do.

Additionally, I find fulfillment in collaborating with others and working as part of a team towards a common goal. Ultimately, the greatest reward of my role is the knowledge that I am making a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Us: Can you share any insights into new programs, menus, etc. you are planning for the future?

Housne: At Elder Care Alliance, we are currently working on multiple projects aimed at addressing a variety of issues and improving the quality of care that we provide to our residents. These projects involve leveraging the latest technology and innovative solutions to streamline our operations, improve communication, and enhance the overall resident experience.
