Meet Veronica Verduzco, a med-tech on AlmaVia of Camarillo’s Memory Care team. Veronica loves spending time with residents and enjoys getting to know what makes every one special.
Her organizational skills ensure that each resident gets the right meds at the right time and that records are accurate and complete. She finds great satisfaction in the consistent high scores we receive from our audits. It is music to her ears when families share their appreciation for how well we take care of their loved ones.
For the last 14 years, she has lived ECA’s Core Values of Collaboration, Care and Excellence through her interactions with families, other care staff, nurses and directors as well as interfacing with outside agencies.
When not at work, she loves spending time with her family, including eight children and two grandchildren – all of whom appreciate her family tradition of cooking fried chicken and corn on the cob every Friday night. Her dream vacation is to go to Hawaii, and if plans work out, she will finally make it there next year with her husband!
