AlmaVia of Camarillo’s daytime chef Diego Sanchez is an ultimate example of our core values in action and a well-deserved recipient of our Employee of the Month honor.
Diego strives for excellence in preparing food for our residents and loves to put on a show and make special meals for residents and guests. He collaborates with staff and departments in a way that encourages those around him. Described by co-workers as “a joy to work with,” Diego said he enjoys the friendship and harmony he feels at our community.
When not at AVC, Diego loves spending time with his wife and 2-year-old daughter. Thankfully for us, one of his favorite pastimes is watching food and cooking shows. Thank you, Diego, for your dedication, your great attitude and your delicious food!
