As the dynamic of Covid-19 (Novel Coronavirus) seems to change by the minute, we want you to know that Elder Care Alliance and our communities are taking all precautions necessary to protect our residents and our team members. We are closely monitoring the Center for Disease Control (CDC) as well as directives from the Governor’s office, the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and the California Department of Social Services (DSS). With that said, the Governor’s office today announced a prohibition of all visitors to Assisted Living Communities and Skilled Nursing Facilities. We are waiting for the written directive but until that time, we ask that family and friends stay away from the communities. If you have a specific and vitally important need to visit we ask that you call the community ahead of time to discuss your specific situation. We cannot guarantee you will be able to enter but we will do our best to put you in touch with your loved one as long as we follow the directives mentioned above.
