20-year industry veteran Rosemary Jordan will lead strategic growth initiatives
ALAMEDA, Calif. — May 25, 2016 — Elder Care Alliance®, a non-profit integrated system of assisted living and memory care communities, today announced Rosemary Jordan has been hired as vice president of business development and strategy. Ms. Jordan brings over 20 years of experience in operations and business strategy at leading organization in senior living, health insurance, and health system industries. In her new position, Rosemary will be responsible for the strategic planning function for the organization and help drive the execution of strategy related to growth and diversification of service mix.

Rosemary joins Elder Care Alliance from Blue Shield of California where she most recently served as Senior Director, Clinical Quality Network and Market Support. She helped launch an innovative, new program representing a paradigm shift in the integration of medical and behavioral health. Previously, Ms. Jordan held executive roles at Lumeris and Kaiser Permanente.
Ms. Jordan received her B.A. in American History from Vassar College, and went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Public Health and Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley. She resides in Alameda with her husband and daughter, and is an active member of Women Health Care Executives of Northern California.
