Our Mission
Through our MyLife Memory Support Program, we help residents living with dementia experience purpose, connection, dignity, and joy every day. We recognize each resident as a unique individual with a rich life story, personal strengths, and meaningful relationships that continue to shape who they are.
Our approach is guided by five core principles:
- Unique – Honoring each resident’s personal story, strengths, and abilities
- Recognize – Understanding behavior as communication
- Meaningful – Creating moments of purpose, joy, and connection throughout each day.
- Engage – Encouraging participation in activities, relationships, and daily life.
- Join – Meeting residents where they are with compassion, understanding, and respect.
Through personalized engagement, Memory Books, meaningful daily experiences, and family partnerships, we help residents remain connected to what matters most while enhancing quality of life at every stage of their journey.
