Clinically Excellent Care

Elder Care Alliance strives to deliver high-quality care and services supported by data and research by focusing on our core values of dignity, caring, and excellence.

Our care delivery is managed through an integrated software platform with electronic health records. Electronic health records allow us to track and trend outcomes among our residents. In addition, we use third-party sources to perform audits. As a result, we can improve and refine our care services by carefully analyzing and responding to this information.

Our culture of learning and collaboration also supports our excellent care. We offer our residents opportunities to develop their abilities and grow their skills — and we expect this from ourselves as well. With extensive development opportunities, we empower our team members to continually innovate and improve the ways we meet our residents’ needs.

The Hearthstone Institute trains caregivers and staff working in memory care how to be aware, skilled, effective and confident. Our on-site community/residence training uses the I’m Still Here® approach to memory care. Based on Dr. Zeisel’s best-selling book of that name, it is an explicitly positive approach to the management and care of people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.
