Standard monthly rates include a full array of services, including dining, scheduled transportation, life enrichment, social programs, weekly housekeeping and laundry, as well as spiritual support.

Assisted Living Standard Monthly Rates

Studio Apartments starting at $5,295
Alcove Apartments $5,595
One-Bedroom Apartments $5,695
Two-Bedroom Apartments $7,750

Couples and Second Person Service Fee is $1,350

Assisted Living level of care fees range from $595 to $3,775.

BridgeHaven Memory Care Standard Monthly Rates

Private Suite with Shared Bath $7,475
Private Suite with Private Bath $8,395

Memory Care level of care fees range from $1,180 to $2,185.

Oasis Memory Care Standard Monthly Rates

(Specialized program for later stage memory care residents)

Shared Suite with Shared Bath $6,575
Private Suite with Private Bath $9,575

Rates are all-inclusive.

Community Fee

This rate sheet is intended as an overview of services provided and does not detail all rates, fees and services. The Residency and Service Agreement provides more details regarding rates and services.

There is a one-time Community Fee of $6,250. Rates are subject to change. Other fees may apply.
