Elder Care Alliance welcomes Dan Hadfield as vice president of sales and marketing. Hadfield joins the team with more than 20 years of experience in operations, management and sales and marketing.
Hadfield will oversee the success of Elder Care Alliance’s five senior living communities located in San Mateo, San Francisco, Camarillo, Oakland and San Rafael. These communities offer varying degrees of services in independent and assisted living, memory care and rehabilitation.
Elder Care Alliance is dedicated to redefining aging by offering opportunities for older adults to continue to learn, contribute to their community and thrive well beyond their retirement years.
“Educating people on the aging process and sharing the unique mission of value-driven organizations like Elder Care Alliance is my passion,” Hadfield says. “My hope is to further amplify the voices of our residents and our communities, while promoting the level of quality care we offer. Each and every day, the best thing we can do is put a smile on our residents’ faces.”
Prior to Elder Care Alliance, Hadfield served as a regional director of sales and marketing for Integral Senior Living, LLC, helping to lead the company’s network development and continued growth.
“We are excited to welcome Dan to the important role of vice president of sales and marketing,” said Adriene Iverson, president and CEO of Elder Care Alliance. “His experience demonstrates a clear commitment to making meaningful connections and identifying creative solutions to complex problems, in order to promote the work of our communities.”
Hadfield has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Oregon State University. A 20-year resident of Contra Costa County, Hadfield enjoys camping, boating, spending time with his three children and playing weekend soccer – a team he’s been playing with for 20 years.
Welcome Dan!
