The BridgeHaven Learning Series – Dementia, Art & Creativity

Join Us for a 4-Part Education Series on Alzheimer’s & Other Dementias. Learn how to utilize dementia-specific communication methods to both overcome challenging behaviors and create positive emotional connections.

Dementia, Art and Creativity - Participation in the arts has enabled people living with dementia to express themselves in profound ways. Attendees will examine and discuss case studies involving painting, poetry, sculpture, and more. The presentation will be facilitated by Mindy Creson, MSW, Mercy Care Center Life Enrichment Director.
